Good mineralization is very important in horse feeding. In particular, vitamins A, D, E, the B vitamins, zinc and the amino acid lysine are important vital substances for a functioning immune system in horses. One should take into account the fact that the need for vitamin C in horses is significantly increased, particularly in the case of stress, physical exertion, illness and in old age. STENA horse feed strengthens the horse's defense and detoxification function with the help of selected herbs, oils, minerals and algae.

Many problems can be improved or even solved with appropriate feeding.

The feeding of sensitive horses or horses already weakened by illness should be low in starch and energy and therefore grain-free but still rich in vital substances.

Feeding the horse only hay is counterproductive with regard to regeneration and a balanced supply of nutrients.

STENA horse feed strengthens the horse's own defenses, so pathogens hardly stand a chance.

STENA horse feed is suitable for all horses and ponies. Particularly sensitive horses that react to grain, are over-acidic or suffer from muscle problems benefit from a diet low in starch and sugar.

Feeding recommendation:

0.3 - 0.5 kg / 100 kg body weight / day, at least 2 portions, roughage for free intake

Due to the higher levels of vitamins and trace elements compared to complete feed, this supplementary feed may only be fed to horses up to 65% of the daily ration (including hay). Please follow the feeding recommendations.
