By using the Keralit hoof hardener, the horn is strengthened and made significantly more durable. After just two weeks of use, you will notice a slightly shiny appearance of the horn in these areas and a firmer sound from the hooves on hard ground. Horn abrasion in barefoot horses is greatly reduced. The tread, sole and white line become significantly firmer and more resilient. The shoes of shod horses fit more firmly and the hoof is protected.

By using Keralit Hoof Strengthener, the harmful effects of microorganisms, which are the cause of, for example, "White Line Disease" (WLD, decomposition of the white line), are greatly reduced, as the horn becomes indigestible for the microorganisms responsible. This is particularly important for horn that is already damaged. Here, still usable horn substance is stabilized and further damage is prevented.
