In our oil mill, we only press food-grade linseed without additives, filter aids, flavor enhancers or preservatives. Our linseed products are gently extracted using a special manufacturing and cold-pressing process at temperatures below 40°C, so you as the end consumer can be sure that all of the linseed's important ingredients (mucilage, lignans, anti-inflammatory enzymes, etc.) are retained in the end product and are available to the organism with full effectiveness.

Our oil mill cannot be compared to large or industrial oil mills, whose goal is to achieve a high oil yield. Industrial production results in quality losses in the end product (e.g. formation of trans fatty acids, loss of natural vitamin E, etc.), which ultimately have a detrimental effect on the health of humans and animals.
